Its D-day tomorrow, yep ladies and gents it diet day tomorrow.
Now I say diet, technically its not going to be a diet ( I actually typed dirt then!!!) diet is actually spelt F.A.I.L. Diet has such negative conitations to it and you set yourself up for heartache and self loathing.
So I am going back on to nutra check, I will be following my calorie and fat allowances, but if I slip - I start again the next day.
I have ordered myself a Zumba dvd too, I am going to samba myself thin (or dislocate something more likely!)
I will be measuring myself tomorrow as if you dont lose weight - you may have lost inches so if the scales are not your friend the tape measure will be.
So here is to Saz eating in moderation and doing more exercise than I currently am - I doubt I will ever be slinky but lets give it a good go Eh!
